About Mark Frederick
Mark Frederick has more than 27 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach and corporate wellness professional. He started his career as an athlete training elite athletes, and he's translated what he continues to learn from working with professionals and Olympic athletes to all his clients. Mark has helped people successfully lose hundreds of pounds, get fit and change their lives. He understands what you need to do to get to the next level, and he'll help take you there.
